Remanufactured: value from reclaimed wood
Remanufactured pallets are assembled from sound, reclaimed boards recovered during recycling. They hit a target size at lower cost than new, and reusing the wood avoids cutting new lumber. For much internal handling and regional shipping, they are a sensible default.
New-build: when the spec needs fresh lumber
Some loads call for new wood: heavy machinery, tight export tolerances, or automated systems that need dimensional precision. Partner suppliers can quote new builds, including ISPM 15 heat-treated pallets for international shipping.

What drives the price of custom pallets

The cost of getting the spec wrong
Under-spec a pallet and it fails under load, damaging product and creating a safety risk. Over-spec it and you pay for wood and weight the job never needed, on every trip.
