Remanufactured pallets are assembled from sound, reclaimed boards recovered during recycling. They hit a target size and strength at a lower cost and a fraction of the embodied carbon of new wood. For most internal handling and regional shipping, they are the smart default.

Some loads demand fresh lumber — heavy machinery, tight export tolerances, or automated systems that need dimensional precision. We build those from new wood and can heat-treat to ISPM-15 for international shipping.

A custom order moves through a few clear stages. First we gather your requirements — dimensions, load rating, entry type, board count, and shipping route. Then we translate that into a build spec and, for engineered runs, a drawing you sign off on before anything is cut. Once the spec is approved, we produce a sample or a first article for larger orders so you can confirm fit before we run the full quantity.

Lead times track the complexity. A straightforward remanufactured size assembled from reclaimed boards can move quickly, while an engineered new-build run with heat treatment carries a longer, firmly stated window. We would rather give you an honest date than a hopeful one, so you can plan your own production around it.

The price of a custom pallet reflects the materials, the build labor, and the quantity. Remanufactured units built from reclaimed lumber cost less than new-build because the wood is already in hand, and larger runs bring the per-unit price down as setup is spread across more pallets. Heat treatment for export, unusual dimensions, and higher load ratings all add to the number in predictable ways.

Because we can build either from reclaimed or new wood, there is usually room to hit a budget by choosing the right material for each component — reclaimed boards where they are perfectly adequate, new lumber only where structural certainty demands it.
