Who we are
Evergrain Pallet Recycling Services is a referral service. It does not sell or deliver pallets itself; it passes quote requests to partner suppliers in its network, who prepare and send quotes.
What the form collects
When you submit the quote form, we collect the details you enter: first and last name, email address, phone number, company (optional), city, state or province, ZIP or postal code, quantity, product type, service, grade (optional), and your message. We also record the page the request was sent from.
How it is used and shared
Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which delivers it to one or more partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it by email or phone. We do not sell your personal information, and it is not used for unrelated marketing.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses cookieless PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets no advertising cookies.
Retention
Quote requests are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up with a partner supplier, and to meet record-keeping obligations. Partner suppliers that receive your request keep it under their own policies.
Your choices
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of the details you sent. Send the request through the quote form on the contact page and say in the message field that it is a privacy request.
