What pallet types does Evergrain stock?
Recycled wood pallets in Grade A and Grade B, new wood pallets built to order, remanufactured combo pallets, block and Euro-style pallets, plastic pallets, and accessories such as collars, caps, and skids.
What is the difference between recycled, remanufactured, and new?
Recycled pallets are used units inspected and repaired back to standard. Remanufactured pallets are rebuilt from sound salvaged boards into a consistent spec. New pallets are built from fresh lumber to an exact size and rating.
Which pallet is the most economical and the greenest?
Recycled and remanufactured pallets win on both counts. They cost far less than new, and because the wood is already harvested and milled, reusing it avoids the embodied carbon of a new pallet entirely.
What does the eco score on each product mean?
It is a simple one-to-three leaf rating of a product’s circularity: how much reclaimed material it uses, how easily it can be repaired, and where it ends up at end of life. Three leaves is the greenest option we sell.
Can you build a pallet to a size I do not see listed?
Yes. Custom and remanufactured builds are a standard service. Send the product weight, your handling equipment, and the shipping route, and we will spec the lightest pallet that safely carries the load.
